7 Day Juice Fast: Day Two

Day 2 started at 52.4kg (8.25 stone, 115.52lbs)and with a massive headache probably lack of caffeine. I would fall into a heavy coffee drinker category, drinking 10+ cups of strong espresso daily. Despite going back to bed at 11am and sleeping for another 3 hours I still had the headache so succumbed to a soluble Paracetamol. By mid-afternoon, with the headache gone, I was alive, energetic and feeling great for the rest of the day with just a few hunger pangs which another juice saw off. I went to bed around midnight and slept like a baby with just one visit to the loo at 4:30am. The cooling mattress topper along with the Chillow works a treat for my hot flushes.
